Terms & Conditions

By booking or using Proper Fix services, you agree to the following terms:

 

Quotes & Pricing  

All quotes are based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required.

 

Payment Terms  

Payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise in advance.  

We accept card and bank transfer payments. Cash is not accepted.

 

Cancellations  

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

 

Access & Preparation  

Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the work area before the job begins.

 

Workmanship  

All work is carried out to a professional standard. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of completion.

 

Liability  

Proper Fix is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing faults or damage  

- Issues caused by materials supplied by the customer  

- Indirect or unforeseen damages  

 

Delays  

We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, supplier delays).

 

Right to Refuse Work  

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
